In registering to request a copy of CHASM-GUI (Graphical User Interface) version of the software, we will need the following personal information for authentication purposes:

• Name
• Organisation
• Email address at your organisation
• Reason for using the CHASM-GUI software

The personal information you submit will we used for authentication purposes. We may also contact you in future to notify of the availability of updated versions of CHASM-GUI.

As data controller the University has notified its activities to the Information Commissioner’s Office as required under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) and is listed in the Public Register of Data Controllers.
